Job Title:Banking Operations / Digital Product Design Analyst
2Location:AZ - Chandler 3075What you'll do:As a Banking Operations
/ Digital Product Design Analyst you will be responsible for
reimagining banking operations by creating design and technology
solutions to drive effective and intuitive user experiences. At the
enterprise level, you will work closely with cross-operational
teams to develop a deep understanding of current processes,
establish improvements, and then translate requirements into a
features and functionality design.Your key responsibilities include
developing effective process solutions, business requirements,
system integrations, and project management. You will own and
maintain a prioritized work backlog supporting our business lines
focused on Credit and Loan Operations and collaborate with risk,
compliance, and technology. In this role, you must have the ability
to think critically, be independently resourceful, practice
accountability and ownership, and effectively communicate with
stakeholders at all levels of the business.What we are looking
for:
- Responsible for blending product design, user experience (UX),
and data analysis to improve digital banking software.
- Lead collaborative meetings with teams/stakeholders, analyze
data from various sources to understand user behavior, and identify
pain points and opportunities for improving the user
experience.
- Ability to innovate and think creatively while creating
wireframes/mockups using tools like Lucid to visualize process
design.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers,
developers, and delivery team to ensure that design decisions are
informed by real data and tested to meet user expectations.
- Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues, and provide
problem resolution to end users.
- Assist in facilitating periodic training meetings for system
users and stakeholders.
- Provide progress reports and recommendations to Management and
assist in special operations-related projects, as
assigned.Qualifications:
- Experience in UX design, product management, project
management, or a related field
- A passion for understanding user behavior and translating
insights into actionable design improvements
- Experience in data analytics/BI/data science/Tableau/SQL
- Recent experience and working knowledge of commercial banking,
loan, deposit and credit operations
- 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent
direct experience in application development
- Advanced computer system operation (Microsoft Office
Suite)
- Ability to translate complex data and insights into clear
effective communication for non-technical stakeholders
- Flexible, team player, resourceful, detail oriented,
