Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an IBM Mainframe Engineer- Title: IBM Mainframe Engineer Job Type: Full-time/Contract on W2 Duration: 18+ month contract, Locations: Chandler, AZ- Hybrid role As an IBM Mainframe Engineer, you will be- Supporting DevOps team and 4 different mainframe environments - keep mainframe systems running and debug when needed.Designing, coding, testing, and implementing solutions using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and other mainframe technologies.Troubleshooting and resolving issues in batch and online processing systems, including performance tuning and system optimization. The ideal candidate will have:Extensive experience in IBM z/OS platform mainframe tools like LPAR configuration, MQ Series, DB2, COBOL, JCL, VSAM.Extensive experience working in Agile environments.Understanding of networking technologies relevant to mainframes..Net/Java programming experience would be nice to have as well Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
