Job Description:

Lead a team of branch staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales and collections goals.

At OneMain, Assistant Managers play a key role in creating a work environment that fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty. They assist Branch Managers in providing leadership and training to branch staff, and lead by example in delivering personal loan solutions through underwriting decision making and collection activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Deliver results related to individual and branch sales and collections goals as well as customer expectations
  
• Develop new relationships and maintain existing ones with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle
  
• Present financial solutions based on customer needs that meet their goals
  
• Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding
  
• Manage the life cycle of the loan, including closing loans, collections activities, and complying with all laws and regulations
  
• Assist in the training and coaching of Branch Team Members and provide interim leadership in Branch Manager absences
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
    
  • Proven experience in achieving established business goals and objectives
    
  • Experience in financial services leadership
    
  • Ability to obtain Insurance Licensing within 6 months of start date if required by state
