Preview at a Glance:The Program Director is responsible for
oversight and to govern the affairs of all functions necessary to
successfully operate an assigned group of programs and projects.
The Program Director approaches departmental needs and issues from
a global and collaborative perspective to formulate and implement
effective solutions and processes that meet and exceed company
standards and expectations. Programs are designed to work with
vulnerable SMI and other adult populations in residential and
community settings.Location & Schedule:Phoenix Arizona & schedule
can varyPay starts at $81,000 annually and also has an annual
incentiveDuties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains oversight of assigned program areas and projects
working independently and within a leadership group with cohorts
and the VP to carry out objectives.
- Approaches departmental needs and issues from a global and
collaborative perspective to formulate and implement effective
solutions.
- Monitors the flow of procedures and provides oversight of
routine requirements.
- Coaches and empowers mid-level supervisors in their duties to
become independently functioning leaders and managers.
- Orchestrates development and implementation of sound clinical
programming in each program; is constantly in the process of
development, change, refinement, and improvement of clinical and
programmatic initiatives that are ahead of the trend curve.
- Intervenes on program practices that are sub-standard,
outdated; coaches program staff and leadership accordingly to
create strong programs.
- Grows program viability through ongoing examination and
improvements.
- Holds program staff and leadership accountable to
objectives.
- Addresses systemic issues and staff performance issues
effectively.
- Ensures provision of Clinical Supervision is occurring in
accordance with objectives and regulations.Education &
Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work plus
three years of directly related experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience required.
- Qualified Behavioral Health license issued from the AZ Board of
Behavioral Health Examiners required.
- Clinical and supervisory experience required.
- Mixed business experience preferred.Benefits:
