The Nursing Manager PICU will be responsible for the operations of the pediatrics department, from providing leadership to staff, making sure that patients are receiving the proper standard of care. Among administrative duties you'll have are the taking oversight of budget development and control, forging and maintaining relationships with stake holders, and elevating patient experience.
