Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound and make outbound calls to provide customer
service
Gather and review patient billing and medical information
Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care
Program
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year recent call center experience
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must reside in Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
