the Technical Training team, you will play a crucial role in
empowering our development team with the knowledge and skills
necessary to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for
developing and delivering engaging and dynamic training programs
that captivate our team members, ensuring that they are equipped to
thrive in a rapidly evolving technical landscape. You will:
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative training
initiatives that align with our company's technical objectives and
strategic vision.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling
training materials that showcase the excitement and possibilities
within our technical domain.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by
organizing interactive workshops, virtual sessions, and hands-on
activities that inspire and motivate our team.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and seek feedback to
continuously enhance the impact and engagement of our training
programs.
- Leads a team of technical trainers in a collaborative and
inclusive environment to deliver technical training to product
development team members.
- Ensures strategic direction for technical training meets the
needs of product development and aligns with the global
direction.
- Engages development leaders to determine current and future
training curriculum based on business needs.
- Ensures that training program is effective and develops
strategies to improve program success.
- Remains up to date on tools and technology that enable
effective learning experiences.
- Leads projects/programs in Development to implement new tools /
initiatives owned locally and globally.
- Ensures coordination and communication between development
functional units and interfacing functions.
- Participates on global teams to provide insights for the
customer area products/processes.Who You Are
- 10+ or more of progressive, related work experience
demonstrating increased competencies.
- Master's degree with 8+ years of experience in the following
functions or combination of: reagent systems integration,
chemistry/reagent design/development, and/or project management; OR
PhD: with 6+ years of combined related academic and/or industry
experience in the following functions or combination of: reagent
systems integration, chemistry/reagent design/development, and/or
project management.
- Proven people leadership and management experience.
- Experience with product development processes and associated
regulatory requirements.Preferred
- Collaborates with stakeholders and users to gain insight and to
expand areas of agreement and narrow areas of disagreement.
- Establishes and provides on-going support of knowledge
management processes and tools in order to ensure continued
organizational viability and progress toward vision.
- Examines and defines factors that could adversely affect
project task completion, delivery of contractual work products or
achievement of customer satisfaction.
- Stays abreast of leading practices and tools in knowledge
management.
- Supervises professional and administrative support staff;
assigns work and special projects; monitors workload and
productivity; evaluates performance; promotes staff training and
development; provides assistance in analyzing and resolving complex
issues.Ability to influence/ lead in a matrix
environment.Relocation benefits are not available for this job
posting.The expected salary range for this position based on the
primary location of Tucson AZ is $126,000.00 - $234,000.00 USD
Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience,
qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors
permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available
based on individual and Company performance. This position also
