As an employee-owned company, we foster an atmosphere that propels diverse career opportunities and professional growth.Discover your future with us.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Staff Software Engineer with experience in embedded and GUI software to support Navy sensor systems.This role involves designing, developing, and testing software solutions for sensor data acquisition, system control, and real-time data processing and post-processing.This is an exempt, non-supervisory, full-time position based in our Tucson, AZ office.Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features and bug fixes for Navy sensor systems.
• Perform testing using embedded processors, circuit boards, and related test equipment.
• Develop and present innovative software designs at customer meetings.
• Participate actively in scrum meetings and collaborate with a small software/hardware team.

    • Minimum 5 years of software development experience
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
    • C++ and embedded development experience
    • Collaborative team experience (Scrum)
