- Serve as the functional and technical subject-matter-expert and
platform architect for ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow
Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance.Major
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and sustained support of
multiple products.
- Take ownership and collaborate with various process/function
owners and SMEs across IT, Security and other stakeholders to
implement and enhance capabilities.
- Solution design, configuration/development, testing and support
of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance
capabilities.
- Design, implement and support runbooks Vulnerability Response
and Configuration Compliance processes and procedures.
- Implement and support dashboard and reports.
- Analyze existing security processes and workflows, identifying
areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements.
- Engage in day-to-day operational support and continuous
capability improvement.
- Engage in on-call support as needed.
- Maintain adequate operational documentation and
reporting.Skills and Competencies
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture,
implementation, administration, configuration, development,
integration, support and continuous improvement.
- 4+ years of functional and technical experience with ServiceNow
Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration
Compliance and Performance Analytics capabilities.
- 4+ years of technical experience with Discovery/CMDB.
- 4+ years of technical experience with ITSM, GRC and IT Asset
Management is preferred.
- 2+ years of technical experience with Flow Designer.
- Technical experience with Service Portal (widgets, server
scripting, client scripting, CSS, HTML, Portal Configuration).
- Technical experience with the implementation of performance
analytics.
- Technical experience with the implementation of third-party
integrations (Qualys, Tanium, Veracode) to ingest vulnerabilities
and policy compliance scan data is required.
- In-depth understanding of Vulnerability Management
process.
- Experience implementing REST API integration with third party
tools.
- Experience with the implementation of workspace, analytics,
dashboard and reporting.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI
Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI
Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules.
- Prior experience working on an agile development team.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript,
Angular.js, PowerShell.
- Experience with backend SQL Server development is
preferred.
- Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication
skills.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a
closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal
education and experience.The typical base pay range for this role
is between $145K - $182K depending on job-related knowledge,
skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for
certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive
