Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Development Coordinator to
assist School Engagement teams across the Midwest region.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate classroom challenge email templates and manage
communication with schools
Cover School Engagement Director duties during staff vacancies and
manage recruitment and materials inventory
Prepare fundraising materials, presentations, and coordinate
logistics for events and meetings
Required Qualifications
1+ years of related administrative experience preferred; new
graduates are encouraged to apply
High school diploma or GED required
Experience with database management systems, preferably CRM
programs
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and provide excellent customer
service
