Claims Service Specialist - Tucson, AZSalary: $20.42
hourly/$41,145 annuallyHybrid role: Training 100% in-office (6-9
months); post training 4 days a week in office and work from home 1

Specialist, you will collect facts about the accident, investigate
claim details, and collect statements from involved parties. Our

to detail to get them back on the road as quickly as possible.

- Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing
expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
- Solid computer multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing,
and willingness to expand on these abilities
- Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced,
high-volume call center environment
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different
