motivated individual to join our team of professionals as a Compass
Call Prime Mission Equipment (PME) Backshop Lead for the EC-130H
and EA-37B Weapon Systems. The candidate will be expected to have
in-depth knowledge in Air Force maintenance methodologies that
support war-fighter operations, strong leadership/management skills
and report to the CLS PME Lead for day-to-day operations. The
qualified candidate will lead a team of Field Service Engineers who
perform component level maintenance in support of the Contractor
Logistics Support (CLS) mission on Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson AZ.
The candidate will be responsible for all Backshop maintenance
activities and training. The position will ensure accurate and
detailed maintenance data collection utilizing multiple databases
and inspect in-progress and completed maintenance actions. The
candidate will supervise and perform periodic upgrades of PME and
Support Equipment and ensure all calibrations are remain current.
Most of the work required by this position will be performed in
secure, closed area; thus, this individual must ensure all security
requirements are maintained for the area and all who enter. The
candidate will respond to requests for technical support from the
USAF and other PME engineers.Key Job responsibilitiesBecome an

jammerPrioritize Backshop daily activitiesTrain, evaluate, and
mentor less experienced workers and inspect completed workMaintain
a safe, mishap-free workplacePerform/ensure accurate maintenance
data collectionRequisition parts necessary for component
repairPerform PME system maintenance on/off aircraftPerform
Backshop component level troubleshooting and repairProvide Input
and recommendations to technical documentsInterface with Software,
Hardware, and Systems engineers to identify, report, and resolve
field issuesPerform system startup/shutdownBuilt-In-Test (BIT)
execution and results interpretationPerform system
alignmentsPerform system troubleshooting and repairUtilize advanced
test equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Oscilloscope,
Multimeter, etc---)Repair cables and remove/replace connectors

InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $102200 - $173700Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
