Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prepared Foods Associate Team Leader to join our team at Whole Foods Market. In this role, you will assist the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Development: Lead and develop Team Members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Operations Management: Assist the Team Leader in managing store operations, including sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Team Leader and other Team Members to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including food safety and sanitation standards.Requirements
  • Experience: 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
