Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Advisor in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing
customers
Assist customers via emails, phones, and live chats/messaging
Collaborate with clinical and pharmacy teams to ensure timely
handling of patient requests
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center
role
Experience handling multi-channel contact support (Email, Chat,
Phone)
Experience using cloud-based platforms, e.g., Zendesk
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a
fast-paced environment
Pharmacy experience (online or retail) is a plus
