Location : Tempe, Arizona Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled X-ray Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and maintain high standards of care in a fast-paced medical environment. This role requires proficiency in various imaging techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Perform X-ray and/or Mobile X-ray examinations on patients as per physician orders. Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort. Operate imaging equipment safely and effectively, adhering to established protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging procedures. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret images and assist in diagnosis. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and aseptic techniques during procedures. Participate in quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of imaging services. Utilize Radiology Tech and Diagnostic X-ray skills to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Qualifications Licenses/Certifications : Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification State licensure as required for X-ray Technicians Skills & Experience : Proficiency in operating X-ray imaging equipment Knowledge of radiographic positioning and safety protocols Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation Excellent communication skills to ensure patient comfort and understanding Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality diagnostic images Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient safety and comfort Experience in utilizing Radiology Tech and Diagnostic X-ray skills for accurate imaging results Why Join Us?
