Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Process and manage parts orders using Ariba to ensure timely procurement.
Track and monitor shipments to maintain accurate delivery schedules.
Perform data entry and maintain records in multiple databases.
Efficiently navigate various tools and database systems to retrieve and update information.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Collaborate effectively with technicians and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with mechanical parts (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

This is a 12 Month full time Contract or Contract to hire opportunity.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
