Duration: 6+ months of contract - (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire)
Pay Range: $20/Hr - $22/Hr.
Shift: Hybrid- Onsite 3 days, 2 WFH 8a-5p

Job Description:
Banking Onboarding & Maintenance serves as a "virtual financial center? for Bank's and Private Bank clients with bank accounts.

Role responsibilities include processing/researching new bank accounts and account maintenance service requests.

Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought and proven research ability, as well as have a strong focus on client service.

Generally, one year or more experience is preferred.



Required Skills:
Proficient PC skills including MS Office applications - ability to type proficiently is a must

Communicate effectively including excellent listening skills and professional phone/email etiquette

Ability to manage outbound calls to internal and external clients as a part of the problem resolution and New Accounts process
