Actively support team conceptsEffectively communicate with team members.Handle several tasks at the same time.Attention to detail is critical.Focus and be successful in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to read, write, and speak English.Position requires lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20 - 45 pounds per case--frequently and items weight 45 - 65 pounds occasionally--over a long work period.Actively participate in CAPDO meetings and drumbeat activitiesBe able to effectively run level 3 equipment such as blend, operate the filler/capper, tray packers, and labelers and/or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new equipment.High School Diploma or GED
