The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will support our Shipping and Receiving department.Duties and responsibilities:Sign for incoming packagesWrite up incoming units for repair work.Perform quality inspection on incoming units.Scan all receiving documents.Identify proper packaging.Verify part number and serial number.Prepare shipments for pickup and deliveries.Check for correct labeling and proper packaging.Make records of all shipmentsAssists on daily inventory.Manages consignment Inventory.Runs Picking Report to assist other team members.Assists mechanics at the windows.Giving parts and consuming them to the WO#Processing Yellow TagsReceives back to inventory the parts returned from the shops.Receives the Yellow Tags into inventory.Overall organization of the departmentRelocating partsPrinting new labelsOrdering SuppliesAssists other team members with their tasks.
